By downloading, installing, or using the Medicine Tracker application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

Medicine Tracker is a personal medication tracking application that helps users:

• Access premium features through subscription

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Subscription Terms

• Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable
• Available plans: Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, and Annual
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in local currency

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period
• Subscription management is handled through your platform’s account settings

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform’s settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refund requests are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
• Premium features remain accessible until the end of the paid period

6. Account Deletion

Users have the right to request account deletion at any time:

• Account deletion can be initiated through the Application settings
• All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Some data may be retained longer due to legal obligations
• Account deletion is irreversible

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

10. Age Requirements

• The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age
• Users aged 13-18 require parental consent

11. Modifications to Terms

• Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

12. Termination
